What’s TT you ask?
TT stands for Transformation Training and is our go to for getting people the best results in the fastest time.
Everyone has their own individual preferences in the style of training they choose but you can rest assured that you’ll be able to transform your body with either style of TT session.
TT:Fit
There aren’t rows upon rows of traditional cardio equipment at Citywide Fitness like you’ll see at a lot of other gyms.
We use much more effective (and fun) ways to get our ‘cardio’ or conditioning done.
Our 45 minute TT:Fit sessions are sometimes called High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) or Metabolic Conditioning (Met Con). They’re just different ways of describing our metabolism boosting workouts that help you to tone up and get fitter.
There’s a stack of research that points to interval training as the the most effective method for fat loss and our member’s results vouch for that as well.
You’ll be training next to people who are just starting out, to members that have been with us since the beginning. We’ve all got varying fitness levels and our sessions cater for everyone.
Some sessions might only use bodyweight and no equipment at all but in most you’ll find a mix of weights, ropes, kettlebells, specialised medicine balls, sandbags and sleds.
TT:Strong
These small group sessions are designed to give you a full body strength workout. These types of workouts are our #1 method to boost your metabolism and build lean muscle for the long term. These 60 minute sessions use specific exercises with weights that will challenge you for a target number of repetitions.
Everyone goes at their own pace and to their personal best and each week we’ll push you to lift a little more than you did the week before.
Within the workout template we can customise the session to meet your specific needs or requirements.
We’ll also have time to help improve your flexibility and mobility which will improve your workouts, your recovery between sessions and more importantly carry over to your daily life. Let us help you transform the way you live your life.
